The first question you might be asking is how do you say my name. Well that’s simple its pronounced like Mariah (yes like the singer), but you can call me Mya.

Two years ago I started out on the amazing journey of following my creative aspirations, and wow has it paid wonders! In this time I have pushed myself far outside of my comfort zones. I started taking Improv lessons and made some amazing friends along the way. Along side the Improv I have been taking acting classes.

I am now a cast member of ComedySportz Boston performing on a regular basis. I have performed as the lead character in my first ever play. All the while pushing myself to write my Exiled book series.

I started striving towards these goals after some serious self reflection. If there is anything these past two years have taught me its this. If there is a goal you really want to accomplish, you can do it. The biggest detractor from achieving your goals is yourself.

You have all the power to change your life and shape it into what you want it to be. I believe in you!
